- “This is only one of the many embroidered pieces made by my mother and brought to Australia with us. They are so beautifully made that the backs are as finely sewn as the fronts. I am so proud to have such beautiful work in my possession. She has passed away now and they remain as loving reminders of her.”

- “I made it when I was only six years old and it is a wonderful memory of Mum, who taught me how to embroider.”

- “It is my most prized possession. It is all hand-drawn and I am very proud I was able to create it when I was just ten years old. It will be handed down to my granddaughter or goddaughter.”
