The Wollongong-based Illawarra Migration Heritage Project received a Community Relations Commission grant for an exhibition on Maltese communities living in the Illawarra region. Public workshops on the care of family and community photographic collections  informed the exhibition.

The Illawarra Maltese community exhibition is a Migration Heritage Centre partnership with the Illawarra Migration Heritage Project, supported by the Community Relations Commission. Workshop support was provided by the Powerhouse Museum’s Regional Services team.
