Apron woven 1925, Dolenci, Demir-Hisar

Blaguna's mother, Cveta Naumovska, wove this apron in 1925. It is typical of woollen aprons from the Demir-Hisar region, with stripes of yellow and dark red or black with red binding. The apron, which is the oldest in the exhibition, is designed to be worn by a young woman.
