Apron woven 1960s, Miselesevo-Vevcani, Struga
This apron design was popular in the mountain towns and villages north west of Struga. With a multicoloured inlaid pattern and supplementary weft on a burgundy background, the apron was designed to be worn for formal occasions. It is finished with handmade woollen pompoms and plaited ties.
